Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service via multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless support operations.
Requirements for Success
  • Excellent English communication skills, particularly in written form (C1 level).
  • Availability for work in shifts and during weekends to meet our 24/7 support requirements.
  • Strong desire to learn new things and adapt to changing situations.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues.
