
Technical Support Expert

As a Technical Support Expert, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a global client base. The role involves practicing your technical skills, working closely with a supportive team, and creating value for our family of customers.
- Communicate and uphold company values while protecting the company's best interests.
Responsibilities include planning proactively to ensure zero downtime in operations, providing excellent customer service, continuously improving technical knowledge, contributing ideas and solutions to the IT knowledge base, building strong relationships, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
- Manage and follow up on open tickets, ensuring proper response and resolution.
- Evaluate current and upcoming hardware and software standards.
- Participate in IT projects as assigned.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–3 years of technical support experience, with a background in customer service or IT support roles.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Are proficient in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- Understand PC hardware components and troubleshooting.
Additionally, you should have experience supporting Macs, knowledge of routers and firewalls, and skills in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting.
