We are seeking an experienced technical expert to join our global organization, empowering remote-centric work and collaboration with diverse colleagues who share a passion for education and innovation.

The Technical Support Representative role assists in liaising between teams, providing regular feedback and updates on client issues to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live daily calls, emails, and chats to triage and escalate issues from other teams.
  • Provide high-quality technical support via various channels for clients experiencing escalated technical issues.
  • Maintain consistent ticket quality, achieving monthly targets.
  • Proactively support users of our products (administrators, instructors, teaching assistants) ensuring problem resolution, system access, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Attend meetings with leadership teams to provide meaningful input from clients.
  • Share knowledge across the team through informal training and meetings.
  • Support the creation of training modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Customer Support Experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
  • Understanding of multiple integration paths.
  • In-depth knowledge of expert areas: configuration, features, bugs, and known issues.
