Job Post: ERP Order Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive professional to support order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations in a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's ERP system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
