ERP Implementation Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP implementation specialist to join our team. As an ERP implementation specialist, you will be responsible for owning and managing end-to-end client implementations, ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding process.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to define implementation plans and timelines, analyzing client business processes and configuring solutions to meet their needs, guiding clients through data migration, system integration and user training across all levels, monitoring project milestones and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and issues, and facilitating connections in the customer's environment with integration partners.

Qualifications include 5-7 years of experience with ERP or other accounting software implementation, certification as a Certified Public Accountant, experience in accounting, finance or working with ERP systems, experience in SaaS or technology startups, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent communication skills with internal cross-functional teams and customers, and experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
