Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Customer consultation calls, tech troubleshooting, escalations, and issue investigation.
  • Track problems and ensure they are properly prioritized, documented, tracked, and resolved.
  • Evaluate issues and escalate them appropriately to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
  • Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge through external team collaboration.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (email, phone, or chat support).
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of Intercom CRM is an asset.
  • Aptitude to learn new technology quickly.
  • Open-mindedness to feedback and suggestions.
  • Basic understanding of Customer Experience best practices.
