
Administrative Support Specialist

Here's a unique opportunity to leverage your administrative expertise in a dynamic support role. As a Risk Advisor Assistant, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service to one of our Risk Advisors.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in supporting brokerage account managers and demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
This position involves providing dedicated professional and administrative support to our Risk Advisor, including:
- Preparing insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents
- Accurately processing and inputting data into web-based systems
- Maintaining and updating client records and policy information
- Preparing and issuing certificates of insurance as requested
- Gathering and organizing client data to prepare insurance policy applications
Additionally, the successful candidate will have knowledge of managing billing processes with clients and insurers, be able to track outstanding documentation, and draft and send professional communications on behalf of the Risk Advisor.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes
- Experience with insurance management systems or CRMs
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive approach
