Job Overview

The role of a Financial Planning Coordinator involves supporting the financial planning team in preparing and lodging forms and documentation for superannuation, investments, insurance, and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and lodge accurate financial documents as per compliance requirements
  • Track implementation tasks and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion
  • Manage internal databases and update client records in line with regulatory requirements
  • Draft emails and client correspondence for review and approval
  • Assist in generating reports and perform general administrative tasks
  • Liaise with service providers via email or phone when necessary
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance-related business, completing financial and administrative tasks
  • A background in finance, lending, or a related field is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with clients

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoho CRM, and Plutosoft software
