We are looking for an individual who can effectively manage and maintain medical records.

Job Description

The Medical Records Specialist will be responsible for requesting medical records from healthcare providers, hospitals, and custodians. They will draft and send formal requests, authorizations, and necessary forms to ensure timely retrieval of medical records. The specialist will also follow up via email, fax, and phone to confirm the receipt of medical records and ensure that all invoices are correct and complete.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to keep track of all outstanding requests and escalate issues as needed. They will review and organize incoming records for accuracy and compliance with established protocols.

Requirements
  • Strong experience working with confidential data portals, invoices, and reporting tools
