Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as medical administration or health information technology.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical setting, preferably in a record-keeping or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other medical software.
