We are seeking an experienced professional to join our growing offshore team in supporting a leading Australian financial advisory practice.

\About the Role\
  • \
  • Manage end-to-end client service processes to ensure seamless client experiences.\
  • Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and other compliance-related documents.\
  • Support financial advisers by handling paraplanning tasks with accuracy and timeliness.\
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.\
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to follow up on applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements.\
  • Ensure compliance with Australian financial services regulations and company policies.\
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a positive team culture.\Requirements\
    • \
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, paraplanning, or a similar role in financial planning/wealth management.\
    • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements.\
    • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.\
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise confidently with advisers, providers, and clients.\
    • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.\
