We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our offshore analytical team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights and solutions that drive business performance.

This role requires a passion for analytics, experience in managing distributed teams, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver results.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of offshore analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.
  • Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. market desired.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Thinkcell desired.
  • Solid understanding of business problem-solving and client management.
  • Proven experience managing distributed or offshore teams with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
