Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an integrated HR technology strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Oversee solution architecture for Darwinbox and other integrated HR systems from deployment to support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR system requirements, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing overlaps or redundancies
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements and guarantee operational efficiency at all times
  • Provide strategic direction to operations support teams by establishing standard service operations processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of HCM tools and HR process optimization
