Customer Support Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.

Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns efficiently and effectively. To achieve this, you will utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide support
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias. You should also be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
