ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be the backbone of our campaigns, keeping things running smoothly and providing exceptional internal support.
YOUR DAILY TASKS
- Customer Satisfaction & Support:Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Positive and Empathetic Service:Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Complaint Resolution & Problem-Solving:Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Prompt Response to Inquiries:Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Multi-Channel Communication:Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Order and Request Processing:Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Customer Records Management:Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Team Collaboration & Coordination:Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Process Feedback & Improvement:Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Peer Mentoring & Support:Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
What You'll Bring(Experiences)
- 2+ years of similar experience in the customer service industry
- General skill in the use of MS Office and other CRM software

- With great communication and comprehension skills
- Has effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
