ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be the backbone of our campaigns, keeping things running smoothly and providing exceptional internal support.

YOUR DAILY TASKS

  • Customer Satisfaction & Support:Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Positive and Empathetic Service:Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Complaint Resolution & Problem-Solving:Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Prompt Response to Inquiries:Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Multi-Channel Communication:Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Order and Request Processing:Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Customer Records Management:Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Team Collaboration & Coordination:Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Process Feedback & Improvement:Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Peer Mentoring & Support:Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

What You'll Bring(Experiences)

  • 2+ years of similar experience in the customer service industry
  • General skill in the use of MS Office and other CRM software

  • Has effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
