Job Title: Logistics Operation Assistant

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth delivery of orders from suppliers to customers. You will be responsible for checking order details, coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, and updating stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. They should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and review packing lists and order confirmations for accuracy.
  • Create and process purchase orders, including non-stock items.
  • Update shipping reports and track delivery schedules.
  • Monitor ETA/ETD to ensure timely shipments.
  • Update internal systems with logistics and order data.
  • Coordinate local fabrication orders and warehouse transfers.
  • Maintain dispatch sheets and support daily logistics planning.
  • Manage product warranty records across all locations.

  • Education: Entry-level role, open to candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics or customs.
