We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, making sure patients feel heard and supported.
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling, ensuring seamless communication.
- Respond to patient text messages and emails with accurate and timely information, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of patient data.
- Return patient phone messages through the answering service, addressing all inquiries promptly.
