As an Account Director, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies that meet and exceed client objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, active listening, and proactive issue resolution. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor junior account managers to develop their skills and knowledge. Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to help team members achieve their full potential.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Workamajig, etc.). Basic knowledge of media and digital performance metrics.
