About the Role

Promesso Business Solutions Corporation is seeking a talented and driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role is responsible for managing and expanding client accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within the food industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that align with company objectives and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales account management or related roles (experience in the food industry is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Highly organized with good time management skills.
