Promesso Business Solutions Corporation is seeking a talented and driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role is responsible for managing and expanding client accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within the food industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close business deals that align with company objectives and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and excellent customer service.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in sales account management or related roles (experience in the food industry is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
