Remote Customer Service Position

MCI delivers tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs, exceling in innovation and committed to excellence. We seek Remote Customer Service Agents to support various customer service initiatives for prominent clients.

This role involves assisting customers with inquiries and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem solver who thrives on creating memorable customer experiences. Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential.

Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within 80km of our office. A high-speed internet connection, an appropriate quiet work environment, and high language proficiency in English are also required. Work-from-home experience is beneficial.

The key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and processing claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge, maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.
