Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership on client projects
  • Lead architectural design sessions with clients
  • Guide and support peers during implementation
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team culture
People Development in Projects
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior team members
  • Serve as a coach in a player-coach model to support upskilling of team members
  • Foster relationships between cloud infrastructure teams
Delivery Support Activities
  • Function as technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills
  • Partner with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones align with the project plan
  • Have a deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and delivery/execution using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep or Terraform
  • Assist the delivery team in reaching billable targets by helping to overcome project obstacles
  • Facilitate change orders and project extensions when necessary
  • Drive alignment across technical areas between 3Cloud practice areas
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and their impact on existing 3Cloud offerings
Business Development Leadership
  • Gain exposure to other 3Cloud offerings to position in existing infrastructure engagements
  • Identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities
  • Lead and guide infrastructure offerings committees to define standard offerings
Factors That Contribute to Our Business Growth
  • Reach trusted advisor status within multiple accounts to support growth of existing customer accounts
  • Support teammates with unblocking engagements and resolving potential escalations
  • Create reusable artifacts and content to enable team members to bill their time to clients
