Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Assist customers with technical queries, escalating complex issues where necessary.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Manage customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Accurately enter sales orders, invoices, and customer information into internal systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts and order history.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
  • Support inventory and logistics data entry, ensuring correct product and delivery information.
  • Assist with filing, document management, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer support, order processing, or data entry (preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or glass industry).
  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone and email manner.
  • High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
