Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment process to source and hire top talent, ensuring alignment with the company's staffing needs.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end agent recruitment process for clients and other support roles within the organization.
  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet aggressive hiring goals.
  • Define job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to align talent needs.
  • Lead and mentor a recruitment team, ensuring effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing practices.
  • Oversee the candidate sourcing strategy to attract top talent and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, including leadership or managerial roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques, particularly in high-volume hiring, is also essential.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, excellent interviewing and assessment skills, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills are required. The ability to analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes to optimize efficiency and quality is also necessary.
