Senior Global Recruiter Job Description

The Senior Global Recruiter will be a key member of our team, responsible for filling positions worldwide. This role will work closely with hiring managers and executive staff to coordinate staffing efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective recruitment plans in collaboration with hiring managers to meet the needs of each position.
  • Use a combination of traditional postings, social networking resources, and creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
  • Prepare job descriptions, personnel requisitions, and offers; coordinate with HR to procure job leveling and compensation data.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking data.
  • Manage internal and external job postings to attract the best candidates.
  • Screen resumes and candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.
  • Coordinate phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and background checks.
  • Document all interactions and processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent field.
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to cold call passive candidates.
  • Working knowledge of international HR laws and regulations, labor law, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and attention to detail.
  • Able to travel internationally within APAC as required.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
