DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Posts job ads and organizes resumes and job applications for head office vacancies.

2. Schedules applicants and conducts the initial face to face interviews.

3. Executes pre-screening through job portals or phone interviews.

4. Administers exams and interprets the results.

5. Tracks the results of background and reference checks.

6. Prepares new employee files and turns over 201 files to the Compensation and Benefits Section.

7. Conducts employment verification and Background investigation for Supervisory/Managerial level.

8. Follows up and talks with the recruitment channels for executive search.

9. Initiates contacts with universities or recruitment events for job placements.

10. Discusses with the concerned departments the roster of potential applicants and/or

applicants for final interviews.

11. Drafts employment contract and job offer.

12. Tracks completion of pre-employment requirements to be submitted by the applicants.

13. Tracks the status of debit cards application for payroll.

14. Tracks the Position Vacancies Report.

15. Encodes employee information in the official Manpower List.

16. Accomplishes all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Senior High School or college undergraduate of Psychology, Human Resources or other related courses with the approval of the hiring manager and department head.

2. Prior experience is an advantage but not required.

3. Must have the potential or skills for interviewing, sourcing

4. Adept in MS Office or GSuite applications

5. Above average communication skills

6. Must be detail oriented
