What You'll Own

You'll shape and scale our end-to-end recruitment strategies across
BPO, IT, healthcare, logistics, finance
, and more — all while leading an expert team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work directly with
international clients and C-level leaders
, making your mark in every hire.


You'll Be In Charge Of

Designing client-centric recruitment strategies

Mentoring and empowering a rockstar recruitment team

Leading high-volume and technical hiring nationwide

Driving digital hiring transformation via AI, CRM, and ATS tools (like Odoo)

Collaborating with global clients on hiring needs, workforce forecasts & market intelligence

Owning recruitment budgets, vendor relationships & SLAs

Representing recruitment in QBRs and client onboarding


Who You Are

You're a seasoned TA executive with:

10+ years in Talent Acquisition (BPO/Shared Services/Offshoring)

5+ years in an executive or leadership role

Expertise in US, AU, and UK recruitment delivery

A deep understanding of the Philippine talent market

A data-driven mindset with fluency in recruitment KPIs, automation, and tools

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
  • Experience using
    Odoo ATS/HRIS
  • Knowledge of AI sourcing tools and process automation
