About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on various topics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and site inspections with clients to foster strong relationships.
  • Draft offer letters and offer sheets to streamline our sales process.
  • Manage tenant relationships and oversee day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Real Estate/Tourism or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is necessary.
  • Candidates must be able to provide excellent customer service.
