Job Description:\

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Program Manager to design, implement, and optimize project management processes for our US-based team.

\

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building workflows, streamlining back-end processes, and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.

\

You will work closely with our US-based teams to drive operational efficiency, identify process improvements, and implement automation solutions using tools like Airtable, Retool, Zapier, n8n, and Make.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow creation, process management, and back-end operations, with hands-on expertise in No-Code automation tools.

\

\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • 3–5 years of freelancing or remote work experience\
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 proficiency)\
  • Proven experience in workflow creation and process management for remote teams\
  • Strong background in back-end operations and cross-functional process design\
  • Hands-on expertise with Airtable, Retool, Zapier, n8n, Make, and NetSuite\
  • Skilled in testing, troubleshooting, and implementing workflow solutions
