Job Opportunity

This role involves assessing client creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements and other relevant data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough credit analyses to determine client credit risk.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for new and existing clients based on risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure deals that align with the company's risk tolerance.
  • Monitor client portfolios and identify potential credit risks or deteriorating financial conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of credit evaluations and decisions.
  • Recommend credit limits and terms based on risk analysis.
  • Stay current with industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Graduated cum laude or better from university is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Familiarity with credit scoring systems and risk assessment tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
