This entails monitoring Heroes' credit card transactions, investigating any discrepancies, and taking corrective measures to prevent fraudulent activities.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of Kajabi's financial systems while providing a white glove customer experience to our Heroes.

The successful candidate will be able to balance these competing demands by utilizing their expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and investigating Heroes' credit card processing activities
  • Answering Heroes' inquiries regarding Risk Management & disputes via email & chat support
  • Completing Hero Risk Assessments & Risk Reviews as necessary
  • Reviewing and understanding documentation provided by Heroes
  • Performing other ad-hoc risk-related duties as assigned
