Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.
  • Coaching and development of direct reports to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Manage team processes and activities to ensure that SLAs are met.
  • Communicate process changes to the team so they can adapt change to their day-to-day operations.
  • Build high-performing teams by setting high standards of performance and behaviour for team members; Holding team members accountable for their actions; Providing opportunities and challenging assignments for growth of talent; Developing retention rates and retention strategies; Providing constructive, ongoing performance feedback to staff; Interviewing and selecting new hires.
  • Deliver business performance metrics.
  • Monitor team members' progress, identify coaching plans, and coach them for improvement.
  • Provide feedback and develop plans to drive individual and team performance.
  • Evaluate and manage risk or compliance issues.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory level.
  • Must have relevant background with recruitment operations - highly preferred.
  • Leadership skills, specifically coaching, development, and influencing.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills to predict trends.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models preferred.
