As a Dealer Development Executive / Manager, you will play a vital role in building relationships with our network of dealers and driving business growth through effective engagement and support strategies.

  • Focusing on enhancing dealer performance and ensuring alignment with our company strategy.
  • Identifying and onboarding new dealers to expand our network based on market analysis and brand strategy.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns that enhance sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluating and recommending prospective dealerships, negotiating contracts and agreements with new ones.
  • Ensuring dealers comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, brand policies, and standards related to sales, service, and operations.
  • Providing dealers with training and resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Ongoing support to help dealers achieve their sales goals and resolve any issues, addressing customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Analyzing and monitoring dealer performance metrics, implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Understanding market trends and the competitive landscape to inform dealer strategy.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or dealer development, specifically within the automotive industry.
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics, dealer networks, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record in sales and negotiation, driving business growth through dealer partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze market data and dealer performance to develop strategies.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster partnerships with dealers and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with dealers and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
