Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing growth plans to drive total Heinz business growth in the Retail Channel.
  • Optimize multi-tier, multi-segment categories to accelerate growth across various consumer groups and maximize business growth, sales, and profit.
  • Work closely with distributors to develop business planning, marketing, and sales strategies to drive in-store, below-the-line, and above-the-line executions.
  • Analyze sell-out data to identify growth gaps and opportunities, and collaborate with distributors to implement corrective actions.
  • Design and execute regional campaign designs that build on each category strategy, and work with local teams to adapt and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential key customers (retail/e-comm) through strategic partnerships and joint value planning.
  • Lead the distributor monthly sales cycle operations plan to ensure timely execution of monthly category & customer plans.
  • Initiate and maintain full supply chain tracking systems to systematize issue escalation and resolution processes.
  • Leverage demand planning processes with distributors to ensure accurate forecasting, sell-in, and shipment planning.
