The Retail Expansion Coordinator is responsible for acquiring new partners and managing business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Key duties include:

  1. Identifying and acquiring new merchants for Project Sari and other related projects
  2. Ensuring onboarding documentation is completed for each merchant partner
  3. Negotiating with existing and potential merchants to optimize reseller margins
  4. Collaborating with business units to conduct business reviews with merchants and increase sales
  5. Coordinating in-house deliveries and processes with merchants or establishing processes with third-party logistics providers
  6. Facilitating seamless merchant onboarding with cross-functional teams
  7. Diagnosing potential issues with new and existing merchant accounts and collaborating with other departments to resolve them
  8. Ensuring renewals of merchant accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in merchant acquisition for digital platforms
  • Minimum 3 years experience in merchant acquisition
  • Preferably with experience in fintech and platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure
