Project Manager Role

In this dynamic position, you will lead the implementation of new and existing projects. This opportunity offers a chance to drive transformative change in the insurtech industry.

This role oversees project planning sessions with internal teams and clients, supports solution proposals for client pursuits, and participates in proposal and proof-of-concept processes. You will also manage project progress, ensure timely completion, and adapt work as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff
  • Support solution proposals for client pursuits and proof-of-concepts
  • Participate in proposal and POC processes (design, submission, and review)
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines
  • Host regular project reviews and create reports on team and project status using company metrics
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field (plus)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Insurance domain knowledge is essential
  • Strong client-facing experience is necessary
  • Technical skills are advantageous
  • Experience seeing projects through full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Able to work independently and motivated
