Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to support team growth and deliver exceptional customer service in a tech-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support, instruction, and coaching to a team of front-line agents, managing floor coverage, and actively pursuing initiatives to help team members achieve individual and team key indicators.

The selected candidate will collaborate with the Manager to identify and address performance and developmental opportunities, establish effective working relationships with peers and partners in other business units to optimize client relationships, and serve as the first point of contact for customer escalated calls.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent product/process understanding – features, benefits, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office functions.
  • Excellent communication skills – comprehension, articulation, effective listening, and written.
  • A college graduate or at least college level reached.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS applications.
  • Ability to communicate and relate well at all levels, internally and externally.
