Drive Digital Transformation as a Senior Data Scientist

Join us in this exciting role where you will lead the charge in driving digital transformation across our contact center operations. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that embed digital thinking, delivery, and support across the contact center functions.

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to analyze complex data problems and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related field with relevant experience in Data Science/Advanced Analytics.
  • Experience working on analytics projects in Banking and Financial Services domain, especially in Contact Center Analytics.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical background with expertise in machine learning and deep learning techniques.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact data science projects that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
