About the role

Best Reliable Resources Internationale' is seeking an exceptional Beauty Consultant to join our team in Taguig City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch beauty advice and product recommendations to our valued customers, helping them achieve their desired looks and feel confident in their skin.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing personalised consultations to understand customers' unique beauty needs and goals
  2. Recommending the most suitable beauty products and makeup solutions from our premium brand portfolio
  3. Demonstrating product application techniques and educating customers on proper usage
  4. Maintaining expert knowledge of our product range and industry trends
  5. Ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive in-store experience
  6. Achieving individual and team sales targets through exceptional customer engagement
  7. Contributing to inventory management and store operations as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Passionate about the beauty industry with a keen eye for trends and a deep understanding of makeup, skincare and hair care products
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail or beauty environment
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative and working independently
  5. Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of our customers and business
  6. Willingness to undergo product and sales training to continuously develop your expertise
