We're seeking a highly organized Recruitment & Admin Coordinator to support our People & Culture operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our global teams have a smooth experience throughout the recruitment cycle. You'll be responsible for scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and supporting onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling interviews and preparing offers
- Maintaining accurate HRIS/ATS records
- Supporting onboarding logistics and internal P&C support tickets
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong written communication and scheduling abilities
- Accuracy and confidence with data entry, reporting, and HR systems
