We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to enhance perioperative care for surgical and procedure-based facilities nationwide.

The selected candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to managing client interactions, finalizing placements, and collecting feedback on their performance.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting top talent to fill critical positions in healthcare settings

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
