We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will play a crucial part in identifying high-quality candidates to support our consulting and project-based needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job analysis and postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, interview preps, and onboarding.
  • Post jobs across various portals, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Source candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, databases, job portals, referral networks, and outreach campaigns.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and timely experience.
  • Prepare and present candidate summaries to clients and hiring managers with clear rationale.
  • Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with QA and Operations team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings.
  • Prior experience recruiting within life sciences, healthcare, IT, or technical staffing is preferred but not required.
  • U.S.-based recruitment experience is required; familiarity with employment classifications is preferred.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Smart Sourcing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, concise, and persuasive).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and basic Excel functions.
