Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our daily e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for data accuracy and experience with online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor products and check for new listings across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
  • Analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items to improve sales performance
  • Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage product listings across multiple platforms: eBay, Walmart, FBM, and more to expand business reach
  • Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively to minimize losses
Requirements:
  • Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry with a strong analytical mindset
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms to navigate complex marketplaces
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail to produce high-quality work
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision to achieve goals
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Sheets, SkuVault, ConnectBooks, and SellerSnap to streamline operations
