Business Transaction Specialist

This role involves working as a fully dedicated Business Transaction Specialist for one of our clients, a rapidly expanding online marketplace for buying and selling online businesses. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for online business owners. These online business owners use the client's platforms and technology to sell their businesses to buyers and investors from all over the world.

About the Role
  • You will be assigned to manage a portfolio of high-value deals.
  • You will work with sellers to prepare their P&L statements with accurate revenue and expense data.
  • You will guide sellers in navigating features and tools to optimize their listings for maximum effectiveness.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to enhance listing visibility and attractiveness to potential buyers.
  • You will provide expert guidance during negotiations to help sellers secure the best possible deal.
Key Responsibilities
  • Connect, consult with, and sell to interested buyers to facilitate the sale of the appropriate asset.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value deals.
  • Be a singular point for deal-by-deal transaction management, and you are responsible for 'closing the deal' and helping business owners to achieve an exit.
  • Work on building strong relationships with business owners to drive success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, accounting or business administration.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
