We are looking for a Training Specialist with strong expertise in Healthcare BPO operations and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that ensure our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for new hires and existing employees focused on healthcare processes, RCM, and client-specific requirements.
  • Assess training needs and collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership teams to address knowledge or skill gaps.
  • Create effective training materials, modules, and assessments to support different learning styles.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure training content is aligned with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and client compliance requirements.
  • Maintain training records, progress reports, and certification tracking.
  • Support nesting/transition of newly trained employees into production.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, process changes, and RCM best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of training or leadership experience in a Healthcare BPO environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including patient registration, eligibility, coding, billing, collections, and denials management.
  • Experience with adult learning methodologies and training program design.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple training schedules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
