Job Description

We are seeking an Operational Training Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring they have the necessary competencies to perform their jobs effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and implementing training programs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our staff
  • Deliver training sessions to groups of varying sizes and skill levels
  • Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2 years and above experience in training and development or related fields
  • Training and coaching experience
  • Proficiency in presentation software and other relevant tools
  • Strong problem-solving, data analysis, time management, and planning skills
