Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day operations of a restaurant, including front and back-of-house coordination. They will be responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
  2. Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to provide top-tier service.
  3. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including front and back-of-house coordination.
  4. Inventory and Ordering: Monitor inventory levels, track supplies, and place orders as necessary to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  5. Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, cost control, and monitoring daily sales and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and resolve concerns or complaints professionally.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
