Job Description:

A key role in our kitchen team, the line cook is responsible for delivering high-quality dishes to our customers. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef instructions

• Set up and stock assigned kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and supplies

• Ensure food is plated properly and presented according to restaurant standards

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment

• Assist with inventory management and communicate shortages to supervisors

• Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

• Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a positive attitude towards teamwork. Previous experience as a line cook is preferred but not required.
