A skilled professional will be responsible for performing ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs as needed.
- Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials required to complete tasks efficiently.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating at peak efficiency.
- Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations, reporting any violations to management immediately.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Facilities Management or Engineering is preferred.
- NCII Certificate is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment is essential.
- Leadership and management skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.
- Flexibility to start immediately is also required.
