Job Description

The Facilities Associate participates in general maintenance, room setup and reset, equipment upkeep, and vendor coordination, with flexibility to assist in other facility-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Food Order Processing: Coordinate and manage daily food orders for employees; liaise with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery; handle any issues or discrepancies with orders.
  • Locker Issuance and Tracking: Assign lockers to employees and maintain an updated record; track locker usage and handle related issues; ensure lockers are in good condition and report maintenance needs.
  • Pedestal Issuance and Tracking: Manage the issuance of pedestals to employees; keep accurate records of pedestal assignments; address issues related to pedestal usage and maintenance; process work permits for employees and contractors; ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed; maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Office Supplies Issuance: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; issue supplies to employees as needed; reorder supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Ticket Monitoring: Track and monitor tickets related to administrative requests; ensure timely resolution and communicate updates to employees; identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
