Job Title: Compensation Specialist
Compensation Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end compensation for Australia/New Zealand.
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Process compensation changes, tax forms, payments, and compensation processing for assigned clients
- Perform quality control and auditing to ensure accuracy and low error or defect percentage
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners to resolve client compensation matters and employee inquiries, providing ongoing daily support and subject matter expertise
- Provide compensation support services to clients according to contract, government compliance and business needs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A college degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting/Taxation, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in end-to-end compensation processing
- Knowledge of Australia and/or New Zealand compensation laws and regulations is preferred but not required
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times, prioritizing work when there are competing demands and urgent business needs
- Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction
- Process and detail-oriented, able to multi-task
- Good verbal and written communication skills
